Home, D-land, and lots of foam.

This girl's voice is so exquisite.

Where ever my family is, my home is.
(just a bonus that it's in California)
I'm lucky I get to see them as often as I do.

 the terribly awkward moment when you are more terrified on Splash Mountain than your 5 yr old niece..

And of course it's always someone's birthday when I come visit :) 

That was the closest Kendall got to looking at the camera. The padawan training continues with this one. 

Now that I'm back in Provo, I've been having a grand time with friends :)

No mom, I didn't attend a foam party this weekend and I definitely didn't twerk while I was there.

when divas unite

The young k woww came to visit this weekend :)Sushi, business planning, life planning, and blacklight parties were among a few of our adventures

Once a diva, always a diva.

And that was pretty much our joint opinion on the superbowl this year.

After 19 years of being tortured/tormented/enslaved/out run/held prisoner/robbed of clothes, a very strange bond has formed between us. I don't know how we made it out of our childhood without killing each other, but now we stay living young and wild and free <333
Anyway, I live in an apartment full of guys in girl's bodies. I couldn't escape the national holiday that was the superbowl, but we did drink root beer out of the bottles so that was nice. 

And I guess the red team won. Cheers!

May or may not have gotten ourselves into a bit of a mess at a paint fight this weekend in Salt Lake...

And of course our roommates jumped into the shower before we did.

Thousands of people, lots of white shirts, music that caused
hearing impairment, and gallons on gallons of paint.

And we're back.

Alas, Winter break is over. I spent my last day with fun people doing fun things :)

Over break I happened to receive a particular phone call from a Miss Sarah Hill...

she won't be Sarah Hill for too long now :)

Naturally, congratulations were in order

and it came in the form of ice cream and cake!....and pi ;)

On that note, we're all back and ready for a new year full of quests to remember :)

What I've been up to since I've been home sweet home:

Finally met my newest niece, Kendall

my young padawan is almost a month old. She will be the anakin to my obi-wan <333

Nextly, we saw Young the Giant :)

the things we went through to get backstage...

Then I went on a quest to Los Angeles with Stephanie Haro :)

Nextly, we had a birthday celebration for this babe.

That trike may or may not have been bartered for in Santee alley...

...no that wasn't my second serving of ice cream and I definitely wasn't eating it with a fork.
I then proceeded to lose to my ten year old cousin in monopoly. No photograph is necessary.

Then Christmas Eve happened.
For our family that means tamales and horchata, gingerbread house contests, opening gifts, and a whole lot of explaining as to why santa always comes a day early to our home.

...couldn't do anything to get that hat off him.
